This houseboat is more than just a place to relax—it is a shared retreat that belongs to all of us. By sharing ownership, we have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty, freedom, and unique experience of life on the lake while also sharing the responsibility of caring for the boat and respecting each other's time.

Our goal is simple: for every owner to enjoy their time on the boat and leave it in great condition for the next person.

• Week #1 is always Memorial Day Weekend (the last Monday in May)
• Our weeks start on Saturdays & end on Saturdays
• The boat should be returned to the marina by 10am at the end of your week & the next users should not leave the marina until 2pm Saturday afternoon of their week (these 4 hours are made available for any needed service)
• Leave the boat clean and ready for the next owner
• The houseboat can only be used by OWNERS and cannot be loaned, rented, traded or used by ANY non-owner
• It is imperative that each OWNER completes the ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Form in its entirety
• Reporting issues promptly will ensure that small problems don’t become big ones
• Communicate openly and kindly with fellow owners
